Hi I’m Joma, a designer based in Lagos, Nigeria, my path into design wasn’t traditional. I started in customer service, the best unpaid masterclass I could have asked for. There I learned to sit inside people’s frustration, truly listen, and turn “this doesn’t work” into interfaces that actually deliver. That foundation still shapes how I work: I lead with user research, thoughtful UI design, and scalable systems that make complex products feel simple and human.

What drives me is the conviction that great design never forces a trade-off between users and business goals. I design at their intersection, creating experiences that feel effortless for people and drive growth for the organizations behind them.
